After the prelimenary design by Tennigkeit Architekten, the working drawings and detailed planning as well as the structural design for the new construction of a residential building on Rötestrasse in Stuttgart, Germany, followed. With the addition of a subterranean garage as well as a sophisticated inner court design, a residential ensemble of high-class condominiums was created. The rhythmically arranged clinker facades introduce this building charmingly into a street which is characterized by turn-of-the-century architecture.
