new building of a 4 star superior hotel with 112 rooms. the hotel was integrated into the renovation of the butzweiler hof airport in cologne and was built on top of an existing garage complex from the 1930s. as the centre of the new motorworld rheinland, it complements the new location as a theme hotel for classic cars.

Renovation of the old state airport Butzweiler Hof. The listed building consists of a reception building, a garage building, two hangars and a runway made of concrete slabs. The civil airport Cologne with its reception building was finally completed in 1935, the main building with the reception and check-in hall was designed and realised in the modern style of the "new building", the Butzweiler Hof was the second largest German civil airport after Berlin Tempelhof in the 1930s. Complemented by new single-storey structures with black flat roofs and an aluminium-coloured structure of the hotel, the complex presents itself as the Motorworld Rheinland.

Development of a master design as the lead design for a complete tourist resort. Drawing from traditional Moorish architecture, buildings for different purposes were developed from simple cubic structures. A tourist resort evolved with a central marina, 15 restaurants, shops, 2 movie theaters as well as a clinic, 324 houses and villas. Hotels (3 to 5-star). Admiinistration and maintenance buildings. Kids World, Sports Center, Wellness areas and pools. Staff village for up to 1,400 employees. Mosque with space for 1,040 people.

The facades were clad as structures with silver fir and aluminum composite sheet with ventilated inner surfaces. New construction of a 4 star superior hotel with 153 rooms, classic cars and sports car salesrooms as well as a workshop area of McLaren on the ground floor. The V8 Hotel is the second section of the already existing theme hotel. In a total of 16 themed rooms, the automotive passion is presented. 7 long-stay apartments complete the offer. A wellness area on the 6th floor gives a glimpse of the urban development area of the airfield.

A solar pylon was planned for Porsche Deutschland GmbH in Berlin to be located at highway A113 as a signet of the brand as well as of its endeavors in e-mobility that is effective even from afar. Equipped with 7,776 photovoltaic modules, it can produce 31kWp of electric energy. The estimated total production of 14,000 kWh annually will be at the direct disposal of electric and hybrid vehicles.

The renovation and conversion of the historic pit level into an oldtimer and sports car center with conference rooms, gastronomic locales, and a hotel was planned and projected for the coal mine Ewald Entwicklungsgesellschaft. The accomodation of exhibition and shop areas alternates with glass workshops on three floors. Gastronomy areas offer points of respite to lounge a while on the walkway through the building. A hotel with 120 rooms is placed freely within the existing space in the uppermost floor.

After the prelimenary drafts by Tennigkeit Architekten, the working drawings and detailed planning as well as the structural design for the restoration of a state monument residential building in Stuttgart, Germany, were created. The standard floors were restored according to state monument regulations and converted to high-quality apartments. Two new maisonette apartements were created in the open space of the attic.

After the prelimenary design by Patrick Harnisch Architekten, the working drawings and detailed planning as well as the structural design followed in order to convert a former printing company building from the turn of the century into high-quality loft apartments. The building was gutted and floors were added. Light-filled, completely open living spaces with generously proportioned roof terraces were created.

After the prelimenary design by Tennigkeit Architekten, the working drawings and detailed planning as well as the structural design for the new construction of a residential building on Rötestrasse in Stuttgart, Germany, followed. With the addition of a subterranean garage as well as a sophisticated inner court design, a residential ensemble of high-class condominiums was created. The rhythmically arranged clinker facades introduce this building charmingly into a street which is characterized by turn-of-the-century architecture.

Prelimenary design and planning of a residential housing complex of 18 apartments at prime location at the sandy beach of Port d´Alcudia. The modern houses with square floor plan and of architecture in the modern classic style are introduced into the urban context and put their mark on a location of modest luxury. The outer and inner areas are connected by generous glass walls and terraces with an extraordinary view of the sea. Every apartment has an own wellness area and a pool on the roof terrace or in the garden.

Planning and realization of a Porsche customer center at the perimeter of the town of Böblingen, on the Flugfeld grounds. On the underground parking garage shared with the neighboring V8 Hotel, an ideally typical Porsche customer center with a used car showroom on the underground floor was erected.

Design and planning of the new construction of an NIU Hotel with 256 rooms. Emulating the existing on-site construction, the hotel was designed as two constructions in an arrangement perpendicular to the street. It can be seen from state road B27 and from highway A8 and presents itself on a slope side with horizontally arranged facade elements.

Planning and new construction of a factory, including areas for administration and training, in Bad Bellingen. The building presents itself as calm and functional, with a black facade. A metal curtain envelops the administration building as well as the entrance court on the access side. The company presents itself symbolically with its core product in the open.
